Meet the Team

John and Kim Eisenhower, Founders and Owners
John Eisenhower

John and Kim Eisenhower started Integrity Tree Service in 1989. Their goal was to provide exceptional customer service, highly-trained employees and safe worksites. They chose the name Integrity because the name was their aim: To provide tree service...with integrity.

John is an ISA Certified Arborist, a TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professional, past President of the Arizona Community Tree Council and a member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists. John provides consulting services as well as classes on proper tree care to the public and industry professionals. He has been an instructor at the Desert Botanical Garden since 2008 and holds a degree in English Literature from Arizona State University.

Kim has served in several capacities including bookkeeping, payroll, routing and scheduling, human resources and customer service. For nearly three decades she has worked alongside John to assure that Integrity Tree Service stays true to its vision and values. Kim graduated summa cum laude with a degree in English Literature from Arizona State University.
 


Sonja Lundahl, Office Manager
Sonja Lundahl

Sonja began working for Integrity Tree Service in 2010 as an Office Assistant where she quickly learned every aspect of the company operations, and is currently serving as Office Manager. Her responsibilities include Payroll, Bookkeeping and Human Resources. She is currently studying toward her Bookkeeping certification.
 


Sarah Maitland, Plant Health Care Manager
Sarah Maitland

Sarah joined Integrity Tree Service in April, 2015 as Plant Health Care Manager. She has a degree in Horticulture from Kishwaukee College and is an ASCA Registered Consulting Arborist, an ISA Certified Arborist and an ISA Tree Risk Assessor. Sarah is also a Licensed Applicator and a Qualifying Party with Arizona Office of Pest Management. Additionally, she is certified as an ALCA Sustainable Landscape Management Professional, ANA Nursery Professional, ALCA Certified Landscape Professional and DBG Certified Desert Landscaper. For her depth of knowledge and experience, Sarah is a sought-after instructor/presenter in the tree and landscape industries.
 


Roy Maxey, Arborist Representative
Roy Maxey

Roy began his career in the tree industry in 1998 and joined Integrity Tree Service in 2009. Roy became a Certified Tree Worker in 2010 and a Certified Arborist in 2011. For his dedicated service in teaching for the Arizona Community Tree Council, Roy was awarded the ACTC Volunteer of the Year Award in 2013. Additionally, Roy is an ALCA Certified Landscape Professional and Licensed Applicator with the Arizona Office of Pest Management.
 


Andy Cruz, Arborist Representative
Andy Cruz

Andy's tree care experience began 2004. For several years, he worked as a Ground Worker, Climber and Crew Leader, and obtained his Certified Arborist designation in 2013. He is also a Licensed Applicator with the Arizona Office of Pest Management and certified through the Maricopa County Cooperative Extension Smartscape Program.
 


Michelle Arthur, Routing and Scheduling
Michelle Arthur

As a former U.S. Postal Service employee, Michelle came to us by special delivery in 2016! Even without prior horticultural experience, she jumped right into the complex and demanding job of Routing and Scheduling. She is responsible for making sure customers, sales reps, crews and equipment are all on the same page. Michelle achieved her E-Stake Certification in 2016.
 


Terrie Brooks, Customer Relations
Terrie Brooks

Terrie joined the Integrity team in 2015 with a background in the landscape and nursery industries. She is a graduate of the Maricopa County Cooperative Extension Smartscape program, and obtained her E-Stake Certification in 2015. Terrie is responsible for, and very much enjoys, assisting our customers with setting appointments, answering questions, and other customer service activities. She plays an integral part behind the scenes, completing a myriad of tasks to help our office run smoothly.
 


Karyn Lufper, Office Assistant
Karyn Lufper

Coming to us with 7 years in the recruitment and accounting departments for the Equipment Industry, we welcomed Karyn in 2017. Her main responsibilities include entering proposals, processing approvals and helping to answer incoming calls. Karyn's attention to detail ensures that your proposal, or work order, is accurate and contains all of the detailed information your Certified Arborist communicated about your job.
